TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using OnlyGraff ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. OnlyGraff is operated by OnlyGraff ("we," "us," or "our").

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

3. CREATOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Creators are responsible for the content they post on the Platform. By uploading content, you represent that you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights. Creators must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including copyright and intellectual property laws.

4. SUBSCRIBER RESPONSIBILITIES

Subscribers agree not to redistribute, copy, screenshot, or share any content obtained through paid subscriptions without the explicit permission of the creator. Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination.

5. CONTENT OWNERSHIP

Creators retain full ownership of all content they upload to the Platform. By posting content, you grant OnlyGraff a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform. This license terminates when you remove your content or delete your account.

6. PROHIBITED CONTENT & ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

The following content is strictly prohibited on OnlyGraff. Monetization of any such content — including through subscriptions, tips, or any other payment mechanism — is not permitted:

• Adult content and services: Content that contains nudity or explicit sexual acts, including subscriber-only nude images and adult audio, video, or live chat
• Intellectual property or proprietary rights infringement: Content that violates the intellectual property or proprietary rights of any third party
• Copyright-infringing content: Unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material, including but not limited to leaked music albums, pirated media, or reproductions of copyrighted artwork
• Violent extremism: Content that engages in, encourages, promotes, or celebrates unlawful violence or hate speech toward any group based on race, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, or any other immutable characteristic
• Spam, scams, or fraudulent content
• Content depicting illegal activities (beyond graffiti/street art)
• Personal information of others without consent
• Malware, viruses, or harmful code

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms, demonetize creators who breach this policy, and terminate accounts of repeat offenders. Users may report content that violates this Acceptable Use Policy via the in-app reporting system or by submitting a DMCA takedown request at onlygraff.com/dmca.

7. PLATFORM FEES & PAYMENTS

OnlyGraff charges a platform fee of 20% on all transactions, including monthly subscriptions and one-time tips. Creators receive 80% of all revenue generated from their content. Payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By using the Platform, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. Payouts to creators are handled automatically via Stripe Connect Express accounts on a weekly basis.

8. REFUND POLICY

Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. Tips are non-refundable once processed. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at support@onlygraff.com.

9. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page on the Platform. You may also request account deletion by contacting us at support@onlygraff.com. Upon termination or deletion, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any content you have posted may be removed, and any active subscriptions associated with your account will be cancelled. We are not obligated to retain or provide copies of any content in your account after deletion.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

OnlyGraff is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlyGraff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on the Platform with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
