OnlyGraff respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Platform.

2. REPORTING COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

If you believe that content on OnlyGraff infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent with the following information:

2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including a URL or other specific location on the Platform where the material can be found

4. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER A NOTICE

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We will notify the user who posted the content and provide them with a copy of the takedown notice. The user may submit a counter-notification if they believe the content was removed in error.

5. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION

If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a DMCA takedown notice, you may submit a counter-notification including:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

6. REPEAT INFRINGERS

OnlyGraff will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers. We track DMCA takedown notices and may suspend or permanently ban accounts with multiple valid complaints.

7. GOOD FAITH

Please note that misrepresentation of material as infringing may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorney fees. Only submit a DMCA takedown notice if you genuinely believe that the content infringes your copyright.
